In the context of the I-link program (ILINK22052), the IAS-CISC with the collaboration of BeXyl and SolXyl platform set-up a workshop on remote sensing approaches for stress detection in vegetation.
The workshop will be in Cordoba from 12 to 14 November. It is open for the participation of researchers, professionals, and students in remote sensing, plant health, and agronomy. Participants should have a background in plant science or environmental studies and an interest in applying remote sensing to detect plant stress. Slight knowledge of programming or data analysis is helpful but optional.
The workshop will provide participants with key skills in using remote sensing to detect plant stress. Attendees will learn about relevant sensor technologies, data processing methods, and practical applications of plant health monitoring, including the EU regulatory aspects.
